SOMA is an AI fitness and nutrition coach for iPhone. Two agents — a
fitness coach and a nutrition expert — read the health data already on the
phone (Apple Health, Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop) and return one plan a day:
the session, the food, and the reason behind both.

Platform: iPhone, iOS 17+. Android is on the roadmap.
Status: live on the App Store as "Soma Health" (since 2026-09-28):

## Free plan
- Free download with a limited free plan (fewer AI workout generations per
  day). Premium unlocks the full daily plan — workouts, step targets and more.

## Membership (Premium) — the only paid tier today
- Yearly: $155.99/year, billed once ($13.00/month equivalent) — saves ~35%
- Monthly: $19.99/month ($239.88/year equivalent)
- Free trial: 3 days, on the YEARLY plan only. The monthly plan has no trial.
- Renews automatically, cancel any time
- Includes: one adaptive daily plan (workout + macros); gym scan — photograph
  any room and the session rebuilds around the equipment that is there;
  progress tracking by goal-photo against current-photo; recipe generation
  from what is in the fridge, sized to the calories and macros left today;
  configurable home-screen widgets (water, sleep, mood, sport goal)
- Requires: no new hardware — SOMA reads the sensors already owned

## Not purchasable yet
A second tier (deeper health reports, biomarker/bloodwork integration,
cycle-synced programming) is on the roadmap at an indicated $79.99/month. It
