Terms of Use
Ultimo aggiornamento: 3rd of September 2026
By using Soma ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use.
Description of Service
Soma reads data from connected health and wearable sources and recommends a daily training intensity, chosen by a fixed set of rules based on your recovery data. It also generates personalized workout plans, meal suggestions, and other guidance using third-party AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. It does not provide medical advice.
Not Medical Advice
Soma provides automated fitness, recovery, and wellness recommendations for informational purposes only. Soma is not a medical device and does not provide medical, physical therapy, or professional health advice. Soma is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified physician, physical therapist, or certified fitness professional. Always consult a qualified physician before beginning or changing an exercise program, particularly if you have any medical condition. If you have an injury, medical condition, or are experiencing pain, consult a licensed professional before following any recommendation. Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, or other concerning symptoms. Any injury you note in your profile, and any related severity, contraindication guidance, or recovery-protocol check-in, is informational only and generated from fixed rules, not a substitute for evaluation or clearance by a medical professional. Continuing to train while injured is entirely at your own risk.
AI-Generated Content
Some of what the app shows you is generated by AI from the information you provide. It is general guidance, not medical advice, and it can be inaccurate or incomplete. We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy of any estimate, prediction, or recommendation the app produces, and we do not guarantee any health or fitness outcome. Use your own judgement, and stop if something does not feel right for you.
Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation
Soma Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual, at the price shown on the subscription screen in the app. The annual plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase; deleting the app does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 14 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use Soma.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of any device pairing and for keeping your Whoop/Oura/Apple accounts secure. Recommendations are only as good as the underlying data reported by connected devices.
Third-Party Integrations
Your use of Apple Health, Whoop, and Oura through the app is also subject to those providers' own terms of service.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Soma is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including any injury resulting from following a training recommendation.
Limitation of Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOMA's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the app or subscription shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to SOMA for your subscription. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of liability and even if SOMA has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
